Developed specifically to comply with and exceed the requirements
of the FIA 8870-2018 homologation the AB7 provides unsurpassed
levels of protection and performance. Shaped for a better fit in the
driving position with elastic shoulder straps allowing for a wide
range of adjustability for any body type. The internal padding is made
from high shock absorbent foam that allows the dispersion of impact
energy and vibrations reducing fatigue and vastly reducing the risk
of injury. The lateral protection is integrated with new elements to
protect the sternum and back areas. This improves all around safety
where the whole torso area is protected with optimum comfort.

The best-selling Bengio rib protector is constructed using a triple layer
fibreglass outer shell for high resilience and impact protection with
resistance to splintering. Inner padding uses 8mm thick closed cell foam to
isolate the driver from high frequency vibrations for improved comfort. The
back area features 5mm thick foam with a soft perforated fabric to increase
breathability and reduce perspiration.
