Interior Kit
This kit is model specific and is used to reduce interior heat and noise by
replacing the factory insulation with precision cut UC Lite panels. The material
is designed to block heat from the firewall, floor, and transmission tunnel.
This absorbs road, tyre, and exhaust noise for a quieter, cooler interior. Fits
NA / NB chassis models (89-05). Supplied as a complete four-piece set, each
component is CNC cut to match.

2 • Vapour Block Fuel
Line Sleeve
Provides an easy and low-cost
solution to prevent rough idling and
difficult starting caused by vapor
lock common with carburettor model
vehicles. Designed to greatly reduce
heat in the line to keep the fuel cooler
and below boiling. Easy to install
with a split design and adhesive flap.
No need to disconnect the fuel line,

Made from 10ml dimpled aluminium with a 1/4” high temperature basalt
insulation and can withstand direct temperatures to +760°C. This is a high
temperature version of Floor and Tunnel Shield II™ (item 7) and can be
applied directly to hot surfaces such as exhaust manifolds, pipes and
silencers and can be easily trimmed to size. This has an outstanding
performance in reflecting and blocking heat. None adhesive.

Designed to offer protection to exposed
wiring in looms fitted to all manner
of vehicles, this split sleeving, unlike
conventional sleeving, does not require
the wires to be disconnected to be fitted.
The sleeving itself possesses a certain
amount of elasticity, particularly useful
at the split where, once the wiring is in
place, the sleeve simply returns to its
usual position and closes the opening

The Ultra 47 is developed specifically for Garret T3 and T4 turbo but will fit
other models of turbocharger (see below). The shields are made using a
Tri-layer mix of an aluminium impregnated glass fibre outer shell with a high
temperature insulating mat core with silica glass blend liner.
