Designed to wrap the hot side of the turbo
reducing the radiated heat. Reduces under-bonnet temperatures and retains
heat in the turbo for faster spooling. Suitable for direct heat up to 800°C

• Protects heat sensitive components close to the turbocharger.
Manufactured using 3 layers to resist the heat, give excellent insulation and

This product makes an incredibly effective heat barrier and suits many
applications. Made from a ceramic weave cloth with a reflective gold /
silver layer. Gold is proven to be the best heat reflective material. Thin
and pliable so can be fitted in tight areas. Easy to cut to size and shape,
the ‘peel and stick’ backing makes application simple. The silver is
ideal for classic applications where the gold looks out of place.
• Reflects up to 90% of radiant heat.
• Use on engine intake systems to give a cooler denser charge.
• Ideal for protecting bodywork or on bulkheads to reduce cockpit
temperatures.
• Capable of withstanding heat up to 420°C
Application examples: Engine intake pipework, air boxes, wrapping wires or fuel
