800 Series

1 • 900 Series Pedal Assemblies
A new standard in pedal assemblies, they feature the latest
pivot mount master cylinder technology which enables you to
fully optimise the braking system by reducing pedal flex and
eliminating push rod side thrust.
Needle or sealed ball bearings are used on all pivot points. The
pedal assembly is made of billet aluminium (except firewall
mount model which has a billet steel brake pedal). In short, the
900 series pedal assemblies have been engineered for the racer
who demands the best (only suitable for 78 series master
cylinders - not supplied). Available in firewall mount, overhung
and floor mount fitting options.

2 • NEW 800/850 Series Pedal Assemblies
Merging the performance of a 900 Series pedal assembly
technology and the value of 600 Series pedals These latest
versions have been redesigned with an ultra-efficient 7/16”
trunnion type balance bar and billet aluminium brake pedal
arm with ball bearing pivot for improved pedal smoothness.
Lightweight forged aluminium clutch and throttle pedals feature
oil impregnated bearings with wave washers to reduce lateral
movement. Pedal ratio is adjustable from 4.8 to 6.1:1 and pad
position can be adjusted for individual driver preference. Mounting
is the same as the 600 Series enabling an easy upgrade.

3 • 850 Series Pedal Assembly with Slider
Developed to accommodate different drivers while adhering to the
FIA fixed seat regulations. The whole assembly can be moved up
to 178mm front to back and has 14 positions which can be locked
using the remote T-pull handle. Ideal for multi driver races.

15 • Flow Control Valve
Shock loads created during
gearshifts can have two very
detrimental effects. They can
cause the drive wheels to lose
traction and they can damage drive
train components (broken axles,
transmissions, etc). A shock load
is the result of an abrupt clutch
engagement when the crankshaft
and input shaft speeds are not
precisely matched. The Tilton flow
control valve reduces shock loads
by allowing the clutch to slip slightly
during engagement.
