4 • 76 Series
Sharing the same design and
features of the 75 series but
supplied with 7/16” x 20 UNF or
AN-4 inlet port adaptor for use with
remote mounted reservoirs. Dual
3/8” UNF outlet ports (top and rear)
allow for pressure sensor/switch or
bleed fitting to be used.
6 • 79 Series
Designed specifically for use with motorsport ABS systems these cylinders do
not use a conventional cut off port. Instead they utilise a port strategy with a
mechanically opened cut off which reduces the possibility of seal damage
through high pressure pulsations from the ABS system.
Fits Tilton 800 and 900 series pedal assemblies.

These lightweight billet aluminium
master cylinders have a spherical
bearing mount and one piece piston/
pushrod design which eliminates
side thrust into the master cylinder
bore. These hand built blue printed
cylinders are made exclusively to suit
the Tilton 800 and 900 series pedal
assemblies.
• Single Chamber
Reservoir
Tilton single chamber 158ml
reservoirs come in two different
specifications. They can be supplied
with 7/16”-20 (AN-4) male fittings
or they can be supplied with a
15/16”-16 thread which makes it
possible to fit directly to 76 series
master cylinders (item 4).
Please Note: The direct mount
reservoir will only fit on the new
black capped master cylinders and
not the older gold topped 76 series
master cylinders.

17 • Balance Bars
Make fine adjustments to front and rear braking balance. Balance bars take
the force applied to the pedal and distribute it to the front and rear master
cylinders. Multiple sizes are available to suit most requirements.
16 • Billet Model
Black anodised aluminium remote bias adjuster, it’s double indent
mechanism provides positive and precise bias adjustments. Cable length
is 180cm the adjuster knob is 36mm OD, designed to be panel mounted, it
comes complete with fitting kit allowing attachment to 3/8”x 24, 7/16”x 20 or
1/2”x 20 balance bars.
