Driven Racing Oil specialises in the critical engine break-in period. Their highzinc assembly grease fills microscopic metal imperfections and is dissolved by
their companion Break-In Oil. This low-detergent mineral oil promotes superior
piston ring sealing and protects camshafts and lifters. Ready for immediate
full-power dyno runs without additives. Recommended by leading camshaft and
piston ring manufacturers.

standards. While 99% of oils are formulated to meet API/ACEA
specs for long service intervals and low environmental impact,

2 • Driven Carb Defender
With the growing use of ethanol in modern
pump fuel, it significantly increases the risk of
carburettor and fuel system corrosion. Driven
Carb Defender is specifically formulated to
protect against ethanol corrosion and induction
deposits. 1 bottle treats 95 litres of E5 and E10
and should be used with every fill up.

Non Synchro - Utilising the same mPAO base oils,
the Driven Racing Gear oils are designed to maximise
gear protection at the same time as they lower friction,
resulting in lower gearbox oil temperatures. Used by
leading NASCAR, LMP2, F2, GT3, F3 and historic race
teams.

Syncro - The Driven Racing Oil STF is designed to be a
direct replacement for ATF, multi-viscosity or straight
motor oils in synchromesh gearboxes. The STF reduces
friction, heat and wear, improves shifting characteristics
and lowers operating temperatures. Typical foaming

in a viscosity index (VI) of close to 200 means that the oils can
go through extreme heat cycles without losing their viscosity.
A high zinc content anti-wear additive package protects bigvalve, hard valve springs and high compression applications.

where even a quarter of a BHP counts maximising power.
The GP-1 Range of competition oils are a semi synthetic
engine oil that has been specifically engineered and
tested to deliver increased horsepower, better engine
and wear protection. Featuring the unique properties
of Pennsylvania grade oil compounded with synthetic
components and ZDDP (zinc) that provides excellent
film strength and reduced friction. The GP-1 range has
race proven pedigree as well as proven stability under
the most rigorous race conditions. The perfect choice
for classic competition cars running higher than normal
temperatures that require additional wear protection from
high Zinc content oil.

4 • XP Engine Oils
As with the XP range the HR range of oils do not meet any
standards. Although these oils can be used in racing (much
better than API and ACEA conformant oils and successfully
used by historic race teams) they are designed to cope with
service intervals up to 6,000 miles (synthetic). They have
a unique additive to combat the effect (internal engine
corrosion) of the ethanol content in normal pump fuels – an
ideal oil for high performance and classic cars not used on
a daily basis. The oils are also very sticky so even after long
periods of no use the important oil film will still be present
during the initial and crucial start up.

Designed for street high performance modern vehicles.
Perfect in track day cars where oil cooling might be an
issue. Proven to lower oil temperatures and to maintain
oil pressure. The DT40 was specially developed to be
an extremely viscosity and temperature stable oil and to
combat oil consumption and oil smoke, in water-cooled
Porsche 911s, caused by cylinder wear. Very popular within
the BMW M3 and M5 community instead of traditional
SAE10W-60 oils as the DT40 lowers oil temperatures and
makes the engines run much smoother. Designed for up
to 6,000 miles service intervals. However, if used for track
days we recommend changing it every 3,000 miles.
