1 • Model T11
The T11 is the most popular shape in a full size
kart and the one most often used by professional
karting teams and manufacturers. A large flat
area on the base of the T11, combined with a
more reclined back angle of 58° lowers the head
height significantly. The T11 can accommodate
a huge range of size requirements. Additional
wide top (WT) and wide hip (WH) sizes (WH
only in handmade). Ideal for taller drivers to
lower the centre of gravity.

The latest style T9.5
has a reclined seating
angle (48 degrees)
making it ideal for very
tall drivers over 1.85m,
to lower the centre of gravity and give better
aerodynamics. The T9.5 features leg support
and deeper sides to help support a longer
body. Tillett’s manufacturing process, gives a
perfect air free laminate with total accuracy
and a smooth rear surface.

Increases the side depth of kart seats for
maximum comfort and protection. The panels
bolt to the seat using the existing seat bolts
and can be positioned EXACTLY where they are
needed. Contains anti shock foam. Does not
change the rigidity of the seat.

The T15 is based around
the popular T7/T8 shape
and features a small, flat
leg support with antisubmarine front kickup
and deep sides which
make it ideal for supporting larger drivers with
a deep chest. A narrow back allows larger sizes
to fit between the engines on a pro kart and the
58° upright angle suits both modern and historic
karts. Manufactured using Tillett’s accurate
moulding process resulting in a perfectly
consistent laminate.

12 Composite Chainguards
The Tillett composite guard is more rigid and much lighter than the regular plastic guards
available yet is just as durable. It gives extra clearance to the sprocket bolts for use with thick
sprocket protectors. Long front Rotax/TAG guard and shorter IAME/X30/OK version available.
Short guard has the front cut to suit engines with full clutch covers.
