This latest version of Alpinestars range topping race gloves have been
developed to meet the updated FIA 8856-2018 homologation which calls
for increased heat and flame resistance on all areas of the glove. This has
been achieved while further improving breathability to help regulate hand
temperature and reduce perspiration. Other features include external seams
to reduce pressure points and an improved pre-curved finger and palm to
improve the fit and minimise material bunching while driving. This hugely
improves comfort and helps reduce fatigue. A 3D silicone print pattern on
the palm and fingers improves flexibility while providing optimum grip and
control. Thumb and forefinger tips are touchscreen compatible, and the 180°
elasticated wrist offers easy entry and a secure fit.
