The Ice Box system delivers driver cooling with intelligent
temperature control and superior insulation that keeps ice
lasting almost twice as long as comparable coolers. Simply fill
the cooler with ice and a small amount of water to activate the
pump and maximise flow through your cooling garment.
Powered by a lightweight 10,000mAh battery pack with up to
11 hours of runtime, it can be charged via USB or USB-C or
hard wired directly into the car. Designed to be a quarter of the
weight of traditional systems and far safer in the event of an
impact, it combines convenience with performance thanks to
its easy access pump pocket, sleek construction and

of underwear (see page 63 for more information). The shirt cools
you naturally with its fabrics, but when connected to a Chillout
Motorsports driver cooling system cools you continuously to
your desired temperature, which will help keep you focused
throughout the race. The structured cooling veins (up to 160
feet) flow the liquid from the coolers around your entire core,
helping to prevent heat exhaustion and maintaining your mental
sharpness. This means you can stay at peak performance, even in
the most challenging conditions.

The AirCon V2 helmet cooling system delivers a powerful advantage by maintaining
driver focus and comfort. It provides up to 500 watts of cooling power with an adjustable
temperature range (10°C to 27°C) and three fan speeds to combat heat, moisture, and visor
misting. Weighing just 3.54kg and having dimensions of 249mm x 149mm x 241mm make it
a compact design allowing flexible mounting. The carbon fibre baseplate with quick-release
pins enables rapid installation or removal, ideal for fast team turnarounds. It operates on
12/24V power, drawing under 15A in eco mode. Supplied with a carbon mounting plate, 3m
insulated wiring harness, quick-release pins, and a wired remote.
