1 • Performance Pump
Designed for use with the VP Racing Fuel Jugs (page 488, item 1). Included with
the pump is a screw on cap which suits the VP racing fuel jug (and other types
with the same diameter cap). The pick up tube can be cut to suit your jug size.
The pump is pressurised by using an up and down motion. Once pressurised,
flow will commence. Stopping the flow is achieved by releasing the pressure
valve.

The best ideas are always the simplest. This pump is very easy to use
and takes the effort out of refuelling. Simply connect it to your Jerry
can, pump the piston to create flow and fill your tank. There is an
in-built air bleed to stop the flow. Previously a back breaking job to
lift a full 20 Litre can has been transformed into an effortless task.
A 20 litre fuel can will empty in less than 35 seconds at full flow but
this can be modulated by simply pumping the piston less. Pipe
length from jerry can to car 780mm.
